1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using squads.sh (the "Platform"), including installing squads via the CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Role
squads.sh is a marketplace and distribution platform for squads. We provide infrastructure for discovery, publishing, and installation of squads. We do not create, endorse, or maintain the squads listed on the Platform. Squads are created and published by independent third-party developers.
3. Third-Party Content
Squads available on the Platform are developed and maintained by third-party creators. The creator of each squad is solely responsible for its content, functionality, security, and compliance with applicable laws. squads.sh does not review, audit, or verify the safety of every squad beyond automated checks.
4. No Warranty
The Platform and all squads are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. squads.sh does not warrant that any squad will be safe, secure, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Automated security audits are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a guarantee of safety.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, squads.sh and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any squad installed through it. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and safety of any squad before installing or executing it. You acknowledge that squads may execute code in your environment and that you assume all risk associated with installing and running third-party code. We strongly recommend reviewing squad source code before installation.
7. Content Removal
squads.sh reserves the right to remove, disable, or restrict access to any squad from the marketplace at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, security concerns, or legal requirements, without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
